Founded in 2024 by a dedicated group of women committed to service, the Greater Howard County Pearls, Incorporated was established to uplift and empower our community through education, advocacy, and hands-on support. Rooted in a legacy of sisterhood and social change, we came together with a shared vision to create lasting impact where it's needed most. What began as a small circle of like-minded individuals has grown into a vibrant force for good—mobilizing resources, mentoring youth, and addressing the unique challenges facing our community with compassion and purpose.
